These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
theaiworkflow.ai (the “Site”) and services provided by LoveBug Faith LLC,
doing business as The AI Workflow (“The AI Workflow,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”), including our AI-powered voice, communication, automation, and
text messaging services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the Site or Services.
USE OF THE SERVICES
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in
accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is
accurate and that you have authority to provide it.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
The AI Workflow may offer recurring SMS/text messaging programs to
individuals who voluntarily opt in.
Depending on the messaging program and the consent you provide, messages
may include responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders,
service-related communications, customer-care messages, follow-up
communications, and other messages specifically described at the time
you opt in.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing
goods or services.
OPTING OUT OF SMS
You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to a message
from The AI Workflow.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging
that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out is processed, you
will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you
subsequently opt in again.
If you wish to receive messages again after opting out, you may enroll
again through an available opt-in method.

MESSAGE DELIVERY
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery may be affected by your wireless provider, network
availability, device compatibility, and other circumstances outside
The AI Workflow’s control.
SMS PRIVACY
We respect the privacy of your mobile information and SMS consent.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are
not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own
marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers, telecommunications
carriers, messaging providers, and subcontractors only as necessary to
provide and support the messaging services requested by you.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Services are designed to help businesses improve communication,
response, follow-up, automation, and management of customer opportunities.
We do not guarantee any particular revenue, lead volume, appointment
volume, conversion rate, cost savings, business growth, or other business
result.
Any figures, estimates, examples, projections, ranges, assessments, or
illustrations presented through the Site or Services are provided for
informational purposes and are not guarantees of future performance.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content on the Site, including text, graphics,
logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to LoveBug Faith LLC
and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected
content without authorization except as permitted by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms,
telecommunications providers, messaging providers, CRM systems,
automation providers, hosting providers, artificial-intelligence services,
and other technology providers.
Availability and performance of third-party services may be outside
The AI Workflow’s control.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Services are
provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoveBug Faith LLC and
its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive
damages arising from or related to use of the Site or Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion
or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold
harmless LoveBug Faith LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable
expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or Services or your
material violation of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without
regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to applicable
jurisdiction and venue requirements.
